Road trip in Quebec area
We had a fantastic trip and it was easy since our accommodations were already taken care of through Authentik. I appreciated the fact that I had a lot of say in what our accommodations would be on our trip. The family loved the road book which we referenced throughout our journey. Admittedly, it was difficult to estimate the distances between some places and a lot of great advice was written in small print so next time, I'll know to read the Road Book more carefully to glean important information about the destinations. The seleccion of the camps was very successful for our trip with children. Everywhere they treated us very kindly, and there was no problema whit the reservations. We appreciate your advice anw we Will make very Good press of your services. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
lifetime memory
both my partner and I were attracted by Canada as a summer holidays destination for our family (2 children; 9 and 11 y old). We decided then to look around and see if we should arrange the trip by ourselves or trust local expert that would arrange it for us. We took the 2nd option for once. We probably paid a bit more than arranging it by ourselves but the quality, the punctuality, the professionalism and the easiness that Authentik Canada managed all this confiirmed us that we took the right decision,
the campings were very good, alterning some isolated camps (natural parks) and some more equipped ones that allowed us to use washing machine when it was necessary. The road book provided before the trip was a precious source of information that completed the information we found on site once we arrived on the place to visit.
the beauty of the landscape, the people, the food made us totally fall under admiration. We went 13 days with teh camping car. There is so much to discover that it sounds very few but well....we also combined it with a WE to NYC by bus. Was also a good option.
we were particularly impressed by La MAuricie. We could have spent our all holidays there: trekking, water sports, peaceful environment, great camping...everything was there.
children were also very happy with the experience...we could please everyone´s interests easily...from the canoe, to Zoo St Felicien, to Village Val Quartier in Quebec. We combined everything with geo-caching as well, which made it more entertaining and more interesting to discover a town or a new place.
what can be improved? the transfer back to our hotel in Montreal got delayed by 2hours. Pity when we have only few more hours left in town, but well...this is a detail compared to all the exceptional experience we had over 3 weeks.

(Translated by Google) The tour proposed by Authentik Canada suited us. However, we were very disappointed with the rental from Cruise Canada, which did not meet our expectations: reverse sensor, water leak in the shower, water leak outside, fridge breakdown, 24/7 breakdown service only in English, very unpleasant and dishonest staff at the Cruise Canada Montreal agency upon return of the motorhome. We are surprised to read on your website that Authentik Canada recommends other providers for motorhome rentals and that Cruise Canada is not well rated. This ruined our vacation. [...]
(Translated by Google) Great experience, and very good organization from Danika. All the parks where we stayed were superb, as well as the few campsites we did.
Danika was able to adapt to our stay dates on site.
(Translated by Google) I am delighted to have used the expertise of Authentik Canada. From A to Z, the choice of the campervan, the campgrounds, the national parks, the suggestions for various activities, the advice, restaurant recommendations, the historical reminders to immerse you in the experience, in short, everything was perfect :) I highly recommend it because we left feeling at ease in a foreign country. Thank you very much for your support. See you soon :) [...]
(Translated by Google) Very well organized trip and itinerary.
Minor downside: two activities had to be confirmed by phone the day before, but we couldn't call (in the parks: no phone networks) and the campgrounds couldn't call because they were public. We lost valuable time trying to call and confirm the activities.
(Translated by Google) We spent 2 weeks in Canada. The organization by Authentik Canada was perfect: the activities were always well scheduled. The camping spots were very good! The magical places! And the wise advice! A small downside for the aging camper van, which had some quirks.
3-week road trip in Quebec passing through Gaspésie
(Translated by Google) Stay allowing to fly over a large part of Quebec (Montreal-Lac St Jean-Fjord du Saguenay-Gaspesie-Bas St Laurent-Quebec). Can be a bit frustrating not to stay more than 2 nights at each stop but otherwise the landscapes are magnificent and the Québécois charming.
(Translated by Google) We went on a road trip in a camper for 2 weeks. Everything was perfect from start to finish, booking the vehicle, the campsites, the hotel. Planning down to the last detail! Thanks to Susyane, our advisor, we will travel with Authentik again without hesitation!
Great first trip in a motorhome
(Translated by Google) We had a great family trip in a motorhome. A custom trip, thanks to the website that really allows us to make selections that meet our needs. We were able to benefit from Alyssa's advice to finalize everything. We are planning to repeat the experience in 2025 without hesitation.
(Translated by Google) We communicated with Virginie, thanks to her our trip was magical!!!
Virginie is very professional and attentive
A trip that we will not forget!!!
The spots in the national parks are breathtaking.
(Translated by Google) Professionalism and seriousness from the first commercial contact to the end of the trip. The itinerary, the campsite reservations, and the descriptive sheets, everything was perfect. A downside on Cruise Canada which is not up to its rates. I recommend planning your road trip with Authentik and favoring Canadream for the RV.
(Translated by Google) To do again, the solution of traveling by motorhome for 4 was very enjoyable. Quebec is magnificent.
Disappointing.
(Translated by Google) Easy contact with the agency. The reservations worked well. Useful and precise roadbook.
Rented an old and dangerous camper van. Did not meet our requests.
We traveled many kilometers between stages. We would have liked better advice to better enjoy the places visited. The selected campsites were sometimes magnificent and others, not suitable for our vehicle.
We even had to change campsites, as one was not suitable for the size of our vehicle.
It's a shame, as the places visited were often magnificent.

(Translated by Google) Excellent experience, welcome at each campsite chosen by the agency, and the camper van was top-notch.
(Translated by Google) Everything went very well! From getting in touch, to the customized adaptation of our road trip, and then everything was coordinated on-site as it should be! We will not hesitate to call on Authentik again for future trips!
(Translated by Google) We booked a trip with Authentik for a 16-day RV road trip throughout Quebec, and the experience was incredible! No surprises or inconveniences during our entire trip; all our activities, campsites, and reservations were perfectly arranged, everything was top-notch. The campsites in the national parks are just exceptional, with some offering breathtaking views. In terms of value for money, the trip is truly worth it! Our contact with the Authentik agency went very well. We had two people taking care of our trip (Marine, who handled the initial contact and finalization of our trip, and then Marie-Michèle, who managed our on-site contact in case we had any questions). Both were very professional; we always received quick responses to our inquiries, and they always guided us well regarding the activities we wanted. If we were to take another trip to Canada, without a doubt, we would go with Authentik again. [...]
Magnificent road trip in Quebec
(Translated by Google) Discovered Quebec with the family in a camper. A magnificent 2-week program, doable without stress. The campsites were well chosen and everything went as hoped. Maybe reduce the distance to cover on the first day (Montreal->Rivière Ouelle). A bit too long to remain pleasant.
Be careful, the cycling activity on Île d'Orléans is not suitable for children, and we had to give up after an unsuccessful attempt, but kayaking in the Saguenay fjord is a must! The whales were indeed at Les Escoumins, and many other animals visited us in the national parks.
The program was well diversified (discovery, sports, culture, urban tourism) so that all family members could enjoy it.
Many thanks to Marine Degotte for her advice.

Superb family trip, memories etched forever
(Translated by Google) No regrets opting for an RV circuit for our 11-day trip (thanks to Alyssa for adjusting the program to accommodate our date constraints!) to Quebec.
We enjoyed:
- the variety of the route - a mix of parks/activities/cities - a very good balance, all proposed activities were relevant and suitable for the age and interests of our children
- the overall camping sites
- follow-up by Alyssa
If we had to suggest some areas for improvement/points to consider:
- carefully look at the size of the RV vs. your space expectations
- consider asking for advice on stopovers/points of interest to break up fairly long journeys. Potentially include them directly in your itinerary. We were glad to have an additional Quebec travel guide to plan stops—children quickly find the time long!

A very good two-week stay in Canada
(Translated by Google) We just got back from our two-week stay in Canada organized by Authentik and it was really well organized. Most of the campsites were very good (a bit less for Val Jalbert where there is no privacy (all the RVs are lined up), in the other campsites we were isolated from the neighbors by trees and it was very pleasant. Camping Val Jalbert also does not have a grill plate on its fire pits… a pity. All the activities were very good (we saw whales, bears). Usually, I organize road trips myself but due to lack of time, I didn’t do it and Authentik had it very well prepared. We went canoeing in Mauricie – a very nice day trip with the canoe-hike to Waber Falls – highly recommend to your clients. Thank you for everything. [...]
(Translated by Google) We just got back and are thrilled with our experience, we had an RV which allowed us to take a grand tour of Quebec. The national parks are beautiful, with many possible activities.
(Translated by Google) We had a wonderful stay in Canada. Authentic Canada, and especially our contact Susyane, did a remarkable job. Each step was organized with care, leaving nothing to chance. All our desires were taken into consideration, each time with exceptional availability and responsiveness. We can only recommend Authentic Canada without any hesitation. We plan to return to Canada to visit the west of the country and we will not hesitate to contact Authentic Canada again to organize the trip. [...]
(Translated by Google) Original discovery of Quebec thanks to the camper.
A very well-organized selection of campsites.
A very beautiful way to discover a part of this beautiful country that is Canada.
(Translated by Google) Authentik had organized everything. It was perfect. The choice of activities was very wise.
The road book is really useful.
We loved the whale safari, a memorable experience. The visit to the village of Val Jalbert is also a must.
Fantastic trip in the parks of Quebec
(Translated by Google) We were fortunate to take a magnificent trip to Quebec. The organization by Authentik Canada was simply perfect. Absolutely all the reservations were made.
(Translated by Google) a magnificent trip, nothing negative to say!
Very beautiful motorhome trip.
(Translated by Google) Canada is a very beautiful destination. The trip went very well. Canadians are very friendly, a real breath of fresh air. The motorhome is an excellent alternative for visiting this country. No worries about driving it. The chosen itinerary allowed us to visit very beautiful parks. The campgrounds are very clean. I recommend the paper road book option; you just have to follow the travel instructions and recommendations for options. Upon arrival, you just have to present the vouchers. Very simple and better than using phone and internet. Our main contact, Véronique Blanchette, was always ready to answer our questions before departure. Thank you for your responses. Wonderful trip!!! [...]
(Translated by Google) Hello,
This trip was my best experience to date. I have already made 14 trips around the world, so I'm not a professional, but this offers me a good comparison.
The proposed road trip is indeed a good itinerary, and the suggested spots are truly must-sees. The recommended activities are very enjoyable and of high quality. If you are interested in history, I particularly advise activities with a guide, especially the tour of Montreal with a Montrealer. The Saint-Félicien Zoo is also incredibly beautiful.
If I had to improve my experience, I would have added one more day in Tadoussac, one more in Quebec City, one more at Jacques Cartier Park, and one more at Oka Park to enjoy the beach. Keep in mind that we had very good weather.
I would also suggest listening to your advisor's recommendations, as they are very accurate.
Thank you for this wonderful experience.

Very satisfactory except RV rental
(Translated by Google) We did Quebec with 2 days in Montreal and 12 days in VR.
We were satisfied with the preparation of the trip, the advice given to us, the campsites always well located and the roadbook which is very well done and was very useful to us. A small downside: information on this roadbook is incorrect (opening hours of the ghost village of Val-Jalbert, presence or not of washing machines in the campsite, paid showers or not). However, we will not recommend this trip due to relations with the manager of Cruise Canada Montreal which went very badly, on the way out and back. We had an appointment at 11:30 a.m. to collect the vehicle. We expressed our astonishment because we had seen that this took place from 1 p.m. The person on the line confirmed the schedule, saying that a lot of people were expected that day. So we arrived in the morning and we had not even finished unloading the taxi from our suitcases when the manager was yelling at us, telling us that it was not good for us to come in the morning, that we were going to wait until 1 p.m. (we were with our three young children) and slammed the door in our faces. This gentleman continued to yell at us while telling us that we were going to get the RV (which was ready to go...). It ruined our day.
On the way back, we had not turned off the engine and he was already accusing us of a bump (which was not our fault), when I told him that it was not going to start again and cut me off yelling (this gentleman's only means of communication) to "shut up" otherwise he was going to "charge us". He took our keys even though we didn't even have time to get our children out of the vehicle even though it was very hot. We were only able to open the door when this gentleman deigned to give us the keys. He made his turn and then left without a word.
Second day wasted because of this gentleman.
We do not recommend the Cruise Canada branch in Montreal.
