ACCEPTED EVENTS FOR CANCELLING YOUR TRIP WITH THE CANCELLATION PROTECTION PLUS
- Illness, accident or death of a family member or travelling companion (including relapse or deterioration of a pre-existing condition);
- Separation or divorce of guests participating in the trip;
- Natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics or phenomena;
- Civil or foreign war, civil disorder or unrest, rioting, acts of terrorism;
- Strike by the airline company;
- All the accepted events included with the standard cancellation protection.
* THIS CANCELLATION PROTECTION MUST BE PURCHASED A MAXIMUM OF 72 HOURS AFTER PAYING THE DEPOSIT FOR YOUR TRIP

The coverage begins as soon as the cancellation protection premium is paid. It ends upon the guest's arrival in Canada or at the time of provision of the first service purchased through Authentik Canada. The cancellation protection can not be reimbursed or cancelled once the premium has been paid. The coverage provides full reimbursement of the cost of the travel services purchased through Authentik Canada after deduction of the price of the cancellation insurance. | ||

What to do in the event of cancellation
- Immediately inform Authentik Canada in writing, except in fortuitous cases or cases of force majeur, of the impossibility to take the trip;
- In the letter, indicate your name and address, contract number and the motive for the cancellation (illness, professional problems, etc.);
- Provide any appropriate official documentation (e.g. medical certificates) that formally explains the cause of your trip cancellation;
- Provide any other information and original documents requested.
Exclusion of coverage
- Flights booked through Authentik Canada are not covered by any cancellation protections offered (standard/plus)
