Wilderness trail
Great experienc with assisted road trip planning
We booked our road trip late but the agent took extra mile to make sure all hotels and activities can be confirmed. We were very satisfied with the quality of B&B and hotels we stayed. We didn't speak French but we had no issues participating all activities booked. The 100+ pages Roadbook is very helpful in doing things on our own.
Amazing trip!!
Lovely trip
Our 1 week trip in Quebec was well organized with the stays booked according to the travel plan. Most of the B&B and hotel booked for us were well maintained and thanks to our travel agent we could book on short notice. The activities included in the package like whale watching was enjoyable. Overall we had a pleasant trip and the roadbook was quite helpful provided by the Authentik Canada team. [...]
A great wildlife adventure
We loved the Authentik Experience. Everything from booking the trip to setting out on our tour was superb. We were really impressed with the Road book, vouchers, advice and support. Some of the auberges left a little to be desired but the wildlife, locations, experiences and activities were all superb. Thank you so much for a great week.

A good trip with some avoidable problems.
Much of the trip was quite good. I have a few items I think need to be noted.
1. Aux Portes du Soliel in Saint Paul was clean and the people were nice. However, the room was ultra small and opened directly to the outside. As a single woman, I felt vulnerable with that access to my room. My agent knew I was traveling alone and an older female. She should have suggested other accommodations. She also knew I did not need the cheapest possible accommodations. I had upgraded several other places.
2. Quebec City should have been my last stop. I could have returned the car and flown from there. I would have saved car rental and parking fees. There was no point in driving to Montreal. It was a long a miserable drive and I had already driven all of those roads. My itinerary said it was a two hour drive. It was almost 4 hours. This was not traffic. It took me more than three hours to get to the outskirts of Montreal and I drove over the speed limit the entire time. I had allowed extra time, but I would have missed my plane if I had allowed 3 hours based on your 2 hour information. The car drop off was noted as off site, but no location or address was given. I had to go into the rental car part of the airport to get directions. It also cost me extra time when I was already late. I feel this was very bad advice. It was a waste of energy and money to return to Montreal and very stressful. There was no reason to make this drive.
If you pretend to be a travel agency, you need to consider individual needs and be more creative.
3. I enjoyed most of my trip, and most of the hotels were great. I did not like my room at Auberge de Batteurs - also for location reasons. They changed it for a small fee and I had a great room with a great view.

BLASCO

(Translated by Google) We liked the hospitality in the hostels, apartments, and hotels. The comfort varied and sometimes the facilities were of lower quality than one might expect for the price. We found that the hotel room in Shawinigan offered by the agency stood out with its large capacity and impersonal style.
(Translated by Google) Very beautiful country, magnificent landscape, exceptional excursions (whale watching, natural parks, bears, etc.), the locals are very welcoming, pleasant, and patient. However, life is very expensive, which is unfortunate, as taxes and tips significantly increase the bill, and in my opinion, there are many tourist traps cluttering city centers, especially in the big cities (Québec, Montreal).
The organization with Authentik Canada was very good, with no problems in reservations throughout the stay, well-executed pre-planning, and the given budget was respected. A prompt service call and they managed to solve a problem very quickly, which is pleasant for fully enjoying the stay. An area for improvement in communication would be to have a call 48-72 hours before departure to address needs if necessary and ensure everything is in order. Also, be more precise in the roadbook, especially regarding the meeting point addresses for excursions.
But overall, I recommend Authentik Canada if you want to travel around this beautiful and vast country.

(Translated by Google) Thank you to Authentic Canada. We had wonderful days in Quebec. The organization is perfect. From start to finish, no problems, just pleasure. The campsites are perfect and the guides for the visits are all passionate people who love to share their love of their territory with us. I recommend this agency for its organization, seriousness, follow-up, and responsiveness and availability. [...]

(Translated by Google) Marvelous journey, we were amazed. We will keep excellent memories. Everywhere we were very well received, conviviality, very humane exchanges, very easy contact, extraordinary breakfast in the morning. Thanks to Authentik Canada for this wild circuit tour. Claude and Mano.
Intense and unforgettable experience
(Translated by Google) Difficult to discover Quebec in 10 days, but the itinerary proposed by Véronique allowed us to see a beautiful array of what the "Belle Province" has to offer, even though I am well aware that there is still so much to visit or revisit in another season.
In conclusion, we had an unforgettable stay and came back with our heads full of wonderful memories.

(Translated by Google) Very well spent.
(Translated by Google) Superb experience,
We were able to stay in different places and we particularly appreciated the Saint-Mathieu inn, a place out of time with a view of the lake and a canoe available (well located near the magnificent Mauricie National Park).
All the activities offered exceeded our expectations, we saw a blue whale in Tadoussac, did zip-lining at Ste Anne Canyon, and visited a Hydro-Québec power plant in the same week.
Thank you for this unforgettable stay!!

(Translated by Google) Everything was perfect from A to Z. Marion was able to meet our expectations in a very short time! We spent 12 incredible days in all our destinations. We simply fell in love with Quebec.

(Translated by Google) Intense program concocted by Véronique that allowed the whole family to discover Quebec: Omega Park, the cities of Montreal and Quebec, the lakes of Lanaudière, the splendid Mauricie Park, the magic of the Saguenay Fjord at Anse Saint Jean, the feeling of being closest to the whales at Escoumins....
(Translated by Google) A sublime journey between Montreal, Haute Mauricie, Lake Saint Jean, Tadoussac, and Quebec.
Among these postcard-like routes, we particularly remember:
_ a timeless stay at Seigneurie du Triton;
_ an escape with Pixel and Eline, two humpback whales that followed the boat in Tadoussac;
_ a night by the fire, under the moon and the reflections of the Saguenay Fjord.
The support of our travel specialist (Emilie) was invaluable in making this trip simple and more than enjoyable.

(Translated by Google) We admired the organization’s support, the fast means of contact and the Skype, the very quick response times to our questions, the flexibility in the few requested changes, the attention to detail (gas pump near the vehicle entrance, …), not to mention Alyssa's kindness. We feel in total confidence.
Our trip was wonderful, we admired everything and a special mention for the kindness of the Canadians which really touched us.
A few things to note: Hotel Art C3 in Quebec City: change of management? They seem overwhelmed and not very informed (parking not reserved for us among other things, multitasking staff overwhelmed at breakfast.
The Auberge du Jardin in Petit-Saguenay: change of owner since June. Very nice young girls but no reception (key on the door) and limited presence of staff on site.

(Translated by Google) Not knowing Quebec at all, I had the good idea to consult Authentik who suggested an itinerary of visits, accommodations, and a car rental. The platform for choosing was very ergonomic for selecting the route and accommodations. The answers to my questions were quick. In real life, once there, everything matched what was described to me beforehand. Bravo
(Translated by Google) 2 nights at each stop is too short. You should spend at least 3 nights. Sailing on the Saguenay is very good. It can be done in one or several days. The accommodations were very good and had a warm welcome. I have some reservations about Le Baluchon, which is more suited for a stay rather than a stopover for hiking in the Mauricie National Park.
Excellent organization!! Very beautiful trip!!!
(Translated by Google) We were particularly impressed by the quality of service we received. Everything went smoothly, no hiccups. For someone who has lived in Canada for years and doesn't like organizing vacations, this was the perfect option! The landscapes were magnificent, the accommodations were clean, and we were very well received. The information and advice provided in our roadbook were very useful. In short, everything was great! Thank you very much Véronique Blanchette for all your hard work! We will certainly call on you again for future trips! [...]
Magnificent discovery
(Translated by Google) Very happy to have chosen Canada and Authentika Canada! Don't hesitate any longer! Go for it!
(Translated by Google) The stay was very successful, very well organized. Top accommodations. It was great. The travel time could sometimes be very long but it was done according to the places, nothing to complain about.
Amazed by Canada
(Translated by Google) My sister and I are very satisfied with our experience with Authentik Canada!
The only negative point in my eyes concerned the rental car. After 150 km we had to inflate the tires, something that costs money in Canada. Nobody explained it to us. And the car didn't have GPS. It would be interesting to provide cars with GPS for people coming from Europe.
Sincerely
Susana Rodrigues

Very nice trip
Notre Canada Mother/Daughter 18 years old
(Translated by Google) Since my daughter was born on July 14, I asked her to choose a city in the world where French is spoken for her 18th birthday trip.
She chose Quebec!
So here I am in search of a circuit that I wanted to do alone with the Internet.
Since Canada is so vast, I have a friend who recommended Authentik Canada to me.
From our first contacts I felt that my project was in good hands and the trip already began 6 months before departure. Immediately the professionalism of my manager through her listening to my needs and desires, respect for my budget, an almost friendly tone too, a very pleasant call which put humans in place of the keyboard, in short... I was reassured because Canada remains a big country from Europe and for us it was a big trip, moreover by car and between the two of us, even if we are going to seek the unknown, it is good to know that there is a caring executive who discreetly accompanies us and who we can count on in case of problems! 12 days / 5 accommodations: perfect pace. Each time varied atmospheres as we wanted. A change of scenery despite the same language spoken. Freedom and time for our own discoveries combined with a flagship activity suggested by our manager at each spot. Flawless . Neither too much nor too little. Also the Roadbook helped us HUGELY, we were immersed in it all the time! Super well constructed, well introductory, top suggestions for free appreciation, invaluable time saving...and the fact that the first experiences were ok, we only took the Roadbook as a guide reference for our choices of activities and restaurant! Impeccable car! Organization before and during ok, accommodation ok, great Roadbook, quality within our budget, touching friendliness and discreet presence, professionalism and attentiveness, knowledge of places not to be missed and subtle suggestions for places a little off the very tourist trails. Top Authentik Canada!

authentik canada, listened to us, satisfied our requests.
(Translated by Google) Our route chosen by ourselves, with the advice of Authentik Canada, delighted us. Historical sites, Nature at this time of the wonderful Indian summer. comfortable accommodation, and then the icing on the cake, discoveries of the inhabitants, unforgettable encounters which make us grow... A big thank you

With Authentik, no surprises, everything was successful
(Translated by Google) Thanks to Marine's professionalism, we had a great experience.
The overall organization of the trip was carefully planned. With the roadbook personalized by Authentik we no longer had the need to use a tourist guide (magazine): program, addresses of accommodation and activities, telephone numbers, maps, where to eat as well as everything you needed to know on how to behave in the country we were visiting, it was all there!
The choice of accommodation was of a very good standard. It was the same for all the activities: Guided tour of Montreal, Seaplane flight over Mauricie, Whale watching and guided tour of Quebec.
With Authentik, no surprises, everything was successful.

Very good for travel...
(Translated by Google) As I pointed out, the trip was very good but the online organization was a little chaotic...for example I was asked for fees that I had already paid, fees that I was not aware of or costs which did not concern me...everything was settled and very well settled by Mrs. Sayegh, but when it is the first time that you book online, you are a little worried..... A concentrate of emotion with a minimum of time thanks to Authentik
(Translated by Google) We chose to do a 6-day road trip after spending 1 week in Montreal with our son who lives there as a guide.
The latter had recommended places to visit on our way back to northern Quebec. Based on his advice I established an itinerary with the invaluable help of Authentik.
Stop in Mauricie with seaplane flight, Saguenay fjord 2 days with tour by riverboat and meeting with whales in Tadoussac, Malbaie, with visit to Canyon Ste Ane, 2 days in Quebec with historical tour of old Quebec
with an atypical guide, dinner at the top of a 90m hotel in a restaurant that rotates 360 degrees above the roofs of old Quebec, visit to the Wendake Indian reserve..
Everything lived up to our expectations with a real crush on the Saguenay Fjord where we were amazed in the charming little village of L'Anse de Saint Jean with top-notch accommodation at Montagner.
