On the other hand, the airport shuttle service was very practical and the taxi drivers very friendly....
At the end of October and after various very cordial exchanges via Authentik Canada (very professional, bravo) the management of Cruise Canada listened to us and compensated us with a commercial gesture. We therefore unfortunately came across an employee who was neither competent nor empathetic, at the Montreal agency... finally without a grudge against Cruise Canada who was sorry for our bad experience.
