We wanted to approach the edge of the St Laurent to see the whales, not free. Sepaq national parks are payable per person, it is well noted in the roadbook but you should give the subscription price which can be valid if you do several parks, we learned this in the 3rd, so too late for it to be worth it. And I would have preferred to stay in Kingston on the return trip between Toronto and Montreal.
