On top of that, the agent from Authentik made me waste 30 minutes to finally tell me that she couldn't do anything for me. And to top it off, those 30 minutes were deducted from my car return time, and since I wanted to return it at 10:30 am, I was charged for that extra hour as well!
At the end of this misadventure, I was forced to pay additional fees of $284, in addition to the $440 already debited, which brought the total to $724. A huge difference of $207 from the initial amount of $517, simply because I didn't give a second agreement. In addition, your advertisements are misleading regarding the additional driver, because it was not specified that you had to be married to benefit from this free!
This experience was a nightmare, and I am deeply disappointed with the lack of professionalism and disastrous customer service from this car rental company. I absolutely do not recommend their services and I will look for another option for my future car rentals.
