Calgary to Vancouver trip
When we picked the car up, the sale agent tried to sell us a number of unnecessary extra's, which we declined. When we saw the car it was in poor condition. It was dirty and smelt of smoke. It a chip on the windshield and many scratches. They claimed they didn't have another car to give us. We were only offered a $50 discount due to the car being dirty.
The car actually performed well during our trip which we travelled 2600km.
I contacted Authentik as I was concerned we would have a hard time when dropping the car off. We were pleased with the response from Authentik rep, which made the drop off in Vancouver go very smoothly.

We are sorry to hear that you did not receive a better service at the counter of the rental office and that the car you received was not in the best shape.
