Satisfaction survey reply

My rental experience: I generally like the rental service with Authentic, but this time it was excessively expensive (almost the cost of a second hand car), and the rental company, AVIS, added an additional hidden charge of $150.00 at the outset for "costs of changing winter to summer tyres"! Why should the customer should pay this cost? And, why are hidden costs allowed when one buys "full coverage", especially at such extreme rates? It is not correct. Also, the car I was given (not the one described in the rental agreement with Authentik) did not have a lid over the trunk, and so all contents of the trunk (i.e., luggage) were fully exposed; this is inadequate given that most rentals are to tourists with luggage. AVIS should lower their prices, absorb their own standard maintenance costs, and provide cars fit for tourist renters.
