One way hire fees hidden
One way hire fees we’re not adequately highlighted pre or post order.
This was finally done after last payment was made.
I may still have made booking knowing this info but I will never book with Authentik again and I’m doing all I can to warn others.

Hello Stuart,For every car rental supplier, if you pick up the vehicle in a location and drop it in another, drop fees will apply to rappatriate the vehicle. It was written on our website before any booking that the drop fees are mandatory and a list was provided. We do understand that our guest are not used to drop off fees and this is the reason why we reminded you in your confirmation e-mail. We highlighted it as a friendly reminder and surely not as a hidden information.
We understand that it has not been clear enough to you and we will for sure take your comment into consideration to advise it better in the future.

It was very easy for you to display this clearly after I made my final payment, it was clear to you at every step of my booking but you chose to hide it until this point. This is a clear selling tactic choice that you have made.

Hello Stuart,Your final payment was made 45 days before your rental. Our terms and conditions offers cancellation and modification free of charge up to 72 working hours before pick up.
