Great service when issues arise

I booked via email with Valérie as none of the websites for car hire would allow pick up in Montreal and drop off in Toronto. She got me the car I wanted at a reasonable price. On collection of the car though it wasn’t what I ordered and the car rental firms in town office couldn’t or wouldn’t help. Valérie called round tirelessly to resolve and with a little help from an escalation within Avis managed to resolve. Great service and commitment to resolving a customer issue that they could not control directly.
