From the comfort of your home, your daily tasks will include assisting clients in planning their trip to Canada and responding to various inquiries (via phone, email, and chat) about road trips.
You will have the pleasure of guiding our travelers from around the world to the right product to craft a personalized road trip that meets their wishes and interests. You will be responsible for booking services, validating travel documents, and providing assistance to clients before, during, and after their trip.
As a local advisor based in Western Canada, you will use your in-depth knowledge of Canadian destinations to meet the needs of our English-speaking clients. Additionally, your location will allow us to extend our opening hours, offering even more accessible and flexible service to our travelers during peak season.
Requirements and Skills
Education: College diploma (DEC or AEC) completed
Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
Skills:
- Communicate effectively and clearly in both French and English
- Experience in sales and customer service
- Excellent knowledge of Canadian and U.S. destinations
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines with attention to detail
- Strong ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Schedule
- Mid-October to end of April: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Vancouver time)
- Early May to mid-October: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Vancouver time)
- Rotational weekend shifts with the team
