Travel reviews
A comfortable stay in a great location
So why 2??review. The resort was great - the issue was the fact that on our day of departure we were advised that the only road out to the east coast would be closed all day. That meant a four hour detour on unmade roads (which were not recommended for a non 4wd car) or leave at 5am in the hope you’d get by the road works before closure. We decided to go the night before and find somewhere enroute. The hotel response was “with the alternative road remaining open 24th and the main highway open until 8.30 am, they had options on checking out” - they have refused to refund the third night of our stay.
