The Rockies by train
Great trip. Well organised.
Authentik staff were very helpful and provided useful recommendations. We booked 15 days on the Rocky Mountaineer and self-drive through BC and Alberta. The Rocky Mountaineer was wonderful! Our accommodation and activities in Jasper were quickly reorganised following the unfortunate fires. Every booking for accommodation, train, car and activities worked seamlessly.
It would be great if a few more accommodation providers could offer breakfast.
The only challenge was paying the balance with a credit card with new expiry dates and code as the system would not accept this. Fortunately we had an alternative card.

Jasper trip
Overall a very good trip. Activities proposed and planned are very good.
The sky walk was a little disappointing since it is very short and the view below the glass walk was not as stunning as one might expect.
The lake cruise was very enjoyable.
The family rafting was fun and a great experience
Marmot Inn was very responsive and acted promptly when we told them the sink was clogged and the coffee maker wasn't working.
thank you Authentik for arranging a pleasant and enjoyable trip for us.

Nice trip to Western Canada
(Translated by Google) Superb landscapes, wealth of wildlife, pleasant and helpful Canadians.
average weather, some practical concerns.
Train a little disappointing for the landscapes but perfect organization.
Trip very appreciated by the 4 participants.
(Translated by Google) Excellent organization, very precise, therefore valuable/. The Roadbook is exceptional. The choice of hotels is good.
Small disappointment regarding the landscape of the Rocky Mountaineer course. We expect very high mountains, which we will see after Jasper.
Service on board the train: exceptional (the staff are charming and attentive). Only complaint: the length of the verbal explanations (especially when you don't understand the language). The passengers are very noisy (but you have nothing to do with it!)
Perfect car rental (we had a larger car than expected, so very comfortable)

Three happy three good service
Amazing stay
(Translated by Google) Everything was perfect ????
Very nice discovery
(Translated by Google) Well-designed itinerary, pleasant to follow. follow to its rhythm

(Translated by Google) Exceptional experience for the magnificent landscapes of the glacier road as well as the performance at the Sundance ranch.
We particularly liked the organization of the two days of travel with the Rocky Mountaineer which was really; flawless and of very high quality.
On the other hand, it seems to me that benefiting from a price detail per service would be interesting before finalizing the budget of the trip and this in order to better understand the amount.

(Translated by Google) Proceeding in accordance with the announced program. We were expected as agreed (except at the "Typical Diner" restaurant, without consequence because there was room). Very good choice of hotels (comfort and location). Efficient car rental device. Let's not forget that relations (always via the Internet) with our pedagogical adviser have been very good. very good and very responsive.
We have been disappointed with the scenic train journey. Certainly the weather was poor but above all the route chosen takes place in forests, it is long with limited views. The Rocky Mountaineer company compensates for these handicaps with very good quality support. But we do not recommend this train trip.
The night in 1/2 board at; Kamloops (your May 16 email), actually did not include the meal. Rather than overnight Lake Louise, propose an additional night at Banff, as Lake Louise can be visited; without difficulty to from Banff. Reducing the number of hotel changes is less tiring.
The visit to Victoria and Vancouver Island is of limited interest; compared to vancouver and rockies tours. Admittedly, you have to go to the island, but Victoria is nothing more than interesting. Butchart Gardens is a short walk away. to visit. But it is necessary to orient more a centered stay; on the island than on Victoria.
The travel diary is the weak point of your service. The documentation provided is insufficient; to from the moment when it is provided at the last moment it becomes very insufficient. No actual map of Vancouver and surrounding areas. No real guide but propaganda documents (offered by tourist organizations). The road book is very useful even if it is copied/pasted at times. creates inconsistencies.
The documents reach us too late.
