Our RV from Fraserway was brilliant and exactly what we needed, plenty of space and room for our 14 night trip.
Our specialist road trip adviser Marine helped us plan our trip and booked all our campsites and hotels where needed.

Great first experience with Authentik Canada
Contacted Authentik Canada, which I found online, to organize an RV trip in Canada. They offer many options, from already planned to totally tailor-made trips with all client's desires.
I dealt with Fanny, via email and as well over the phone. She was really professional and attentive to find the best solution for our needs considering that some days were around the Canada Day and almost all the campgrounds were fully booked.
As per the RV we opted for Fraserway, top service and brand new RV with only 5000 km.

Amazing rocky RV trip
Our family (2 adults and 2 children aged 16 and 12) had a fantastic time with our 10-night RV trip through the Rockies mountains in Canada:
- great itinerary thanks to Authentic Canada
- high quality activities
- perfect RV
- super useful roadbook
- very nice and friendly support all along our booking process (several iterations)
Only improvement would be to have the ability to chose or at least provide input in the the campsite booking (location of the exact campsite spot but also ability to choose a spot with full service and firepit).

Great family trip
Well organised trip and good campsites booked by Authentik Canada. All information was contained in our travel booklet and itinerary had enough time / space to fit in stops along the way.

Outstanding service
Authentik were faultless in their arrangements and were supportive from first contact through to the end of our trip. Their experience and guidance in planning an appropriate itinerary for the time we had available was invaluable. One or two of Authentik’s service providers, however, did not live up to their own high standards. We experienced several problems with the RV and the campsite at Tunnel Mountain, Village 2 was a definite lowlight although Fraserway did deal with our issues with the RV to our satisfaction.
We should also mention that, despite COVID meaning our trip was two years in the making and involved two trip specialists, the continuity of service at Authentik was of the same high standard

Amazing time for first timers in Canadian Rockies
For “first timers” going to Canadian Rockies and RVing with 3 kids and dog I’m so glad we had everything Pre planned and got lots of helpful advice (especially surrounding getting to popular spots really early in am with RV before it fills up). That saved us! Only thing I’d say. Make sure you get a proper data plan for cellular as RVs don’t have GPS and I’d also recommend proper fire- starter packs you can buy at local stores (look like wooden hockey pucks of saw dust) or a butane/ propane handheld torch because on chance it is damp it’s damn hard to start a fire at night. (Note we are rookies). Also scotch goes a lot better with a hot fire at night! Amazing to see kids connect with nature. Live up the experience. Laugh and just be unstructured. Totally liked being under no pressure to be anywhere other than where we wanted to be. [...]

Loved jasper and banff
Jasper and banff are amazing parks that we visited for our first time. We want to go back again. Great hikes, lots of wildlife and beautiful scenery. The national park campgrounds were better than expected with electrical hookup.

We had done Moraine Lake just before, which is much more natural and less concrete!
In the Okanagan Valley, the tourist trap is Mission Hill!!!
A big thumbs up for the attraction of doing the day by boat on Lake Clearwater in WellsGray Park! It's expensive but it's better than canoeing because you sail on Azure Lake in small groups and this lake is pure beauty! our captain was very caring with his guests and made us appreciate the nooks and crannies of this lake

Well overall, we understood that British Columbia was not ready to switch to electric vehicles, so the Ford pickup and the huge hooked-up mobile home are well suited to the large spaces of Alberta or BC
