The West by RV
Exceptional trip
(Translated by Google) Thanks to Authentik Canada, we were able to put aside the anxiety and enjoy every moment. As soon as there were changes for our reservations, we received an email from Tanya. It was exemplary service. If we had any questions, we were answered in a short time.
We loved our itinerary in Western Canada and we do not regret having extended our stay to 20 days thanks to Tanya's recommendations.

Exotic, varied and full of many new experiences
(Translated by Google) Great trip in western Canada between the city of Vancouver, very pleasant discovery by bike, the island with its wild national parks and Maritime fauna, the wide open spaces between wells gray, its waterfalls, then the rockies with a crush on Jasper and finally Banff for a return to civilization. A dense fauna. The campsites are very well placed despite some less judicious sites and sometimes without a fire site for the barbecue and the chamalows. Shame. Some excursions to avoid all the same because very expensive and especially attract tourists [...]
WESTERN CANADA IN VR
(Translated by Google) Super nice experience, unparalleled service by your team and what about your Roadbook, a gem!
The choice of Fraserway RV, customer service in Vancouver is outstanding and caring. Due to ferry delays, they were understanding, accommodating. We had to drive with a puncture on a double wheel, they took the trouble to ensure that everything was in order for our safety. Forget about gabage in VR bring back to hotel in less than 24hrs.
The route and advice for visiting the essentials in Roadbook a precious help. National parks pass good especially for Alberta, in BC they require local parks pass with reservations for entry. Not being informed we missed two essentials: Joffre lake and Garibaldi.
Otherwise, memories and photos of landscapes, soothing animals for the eye!
Thank you and I recommend your agency to everyone.

Everything was perfect
(Translated by Google) No hitch
fabulous trip!
(Translated by Google) Great organization!
everything was booked and well indicated in the roadbook. We can refer to it throughout our stay.
I really have nothing negative to say, we were taken care of and Naomie answered all my many questions quickly. Truly A1 service.

Tips for Western Canada:
Good to know in Whistler: many gondolas close after Labor Day for maintenance for 3 months. So we arrived on Sept 7 and everything had closed on Sept 6. Several trails in the mountain as well.
At the moment, there is a lot of staff shortage, so a lot of restaurants are open just for alcohol and at 5 p.m. no food and a lot of restaurants are closed on Wednesday or Tuesday... when you are there 2 days in your whole stay , it is good to know it in advance.
Vancouver: The Cost Coal Harbor hotel super well positioned.
Stanley Park---coyote alert, so all trails closed
Camping in Banff and Jasper.. great! true nature, mountains, space, the great outdoors!
That of wells gray and whistler.. less intimate.. more ''commercial''
That of whistler, we are still a 30-minute walk from the village. there is no shuttle
In Wells Gray not much to do and everything is far.. could we have gone elsewhere from Jasper? To see for the future!
The RV was great, the reservation, pick-up and return of the vehicle, everything went well.
Thank you Authentik Canada.. we had a great honeymoon! September 2021

Discovery of Western Canada (Rockies and Vancouver)
(Translated by Google) Our first RV experience validates the advice on discovering the Rockies and adapting the different parks to this form of visit
Authenkik's advice for planning adapted to our desires allowed us to optimize our trip as much as possible and to simplify/facilitate the administrative part, Thanks to Manon our dedicated advisor
Great western tour
(Translated by Google) A trip that we had been hoping for and preparing for a few months already. As this was our first for this type of trip, we chose the option of a travel agency in order to simplify things. It was the best thing to do.
Now back to the trip and the route in question. 12 nights for Alberta and BC...would have needed a little more. Canmore (which was not on the schedule but very close to Banff) would have been worth stopping for a night. Banff and Jasper for 3 nights each were a big Wow on our trip. Clearwater with Wells Gray park for two nights could have been replaced by Kamloops and Squamish, obviously it's more road (440km) but be aware that Wells Gray park is not the most accessible with an RV and is really intended for hikers therefore less for the small family (unless you are great hikers of course). Kamloops and Squamish seem to be places to visit that we have had good comments about from other travelers we have met.
Whistler, two nights isn't enough, there's a lot to do. Peak 2 Peak is a big must and it took us all day, so if you want to do more in Whistler plan 3 nights given the day of transport before. Ditto for Victoria, the ideal is to access it by road from Nanaimo, but to do this you must reserve your ferry a few weeks in advance (Reservation only by telephone rather laborious). Again we would have preferred one more night in Victoria since it was our last stop and we had to return the RV before 11am in Vancouver the last day is to forget…
The campsites suggested and reserved by Authentik Canada were great, all clean and not far from towns. My only downside, the location of the Oceanside & RV resort campground in Saanicton (Victoria)... in the depths of small seedy roads, difficult to walk out of this campground since the native community that surrounds it is not from the very welcoming towards tourists. It would therefore be good to provide another site. On the other hand, the campsite was great.
We are very satisfied with the service received by our advisor at Authentik Canada, the proposed itinerary was very good, especially for a first and discovering the country, the fact that the RV and campsites are reserved by them avoids a lot of headaches before to leave. The Roadbook designed for us before departure greatly simplified the planning of our days as well as the trips.

Western Canada
(Translated by Google) As this was our first RV and camping experience, Marie-Andree's agency and services gave us a sense of security. We were assured of not making mistakes in an area that was unknown to us. In addition, the process of booking campsites was spared us. Finally we got spoiled.
Family tour 16 days Western Canada in RV
(Translated by Google) We loved our first experience with Authentik Canada. Pre-trip service was impeccable and we had no problems with reservations. You have greatly helped us in the choice of activities and places to visit both during reservations and on site. We loved the Roadbook, where all the information was clearly marked and well organized. We tried a few restaurant suggestions and these were our favorites (Hop n' hog Clearwater, Bluewater cafe in Vancouver...). Our girls really liked the activity book :) The campsites selected by your team were always well located, we could almost always walk to the main activities or if not, local transportation was offered for free or at low cost. On site, we also took surf lessons with the company that you recommend Pacific Rim co. and we loved the super safe course for kids with our instructor Blake. We also had a very good RV rental service with Fraserway. The delivery and return of the RV was done easily and quickly. The RV was almost new (less than 30,000km) and very clean. We contacted them for an alarm and they immediately responded and followed up. For the last 2 nights, we were staying at the Best Western Sand on rue Davie: excellent value for money, clean room and seems recently renovated and very well located: 2 min walk from a beach, 20 min walk from the center to town and the equivalent of walking to Stanley Park.
Our only drawbacks are almost beyond your control:
- Due to the wildfires, there was constant smoke in Banff which blocked our view of the mountain range. We saw nothing of the coveted scenery of the glacier route. It was the beginning of our vacation and we regretted having left during the period of the forest fires. We would have appreciated being informed before our departure. Luckily, from Jasper the smoke cleared, but locals told us they too had smoke for several weeks.
- We were never able to pre-book the ferry to Nanaimo. And the traffic was heavy there.
- Peyto Lake Park (on Glacier Road) is closed
- We found the campsites devoid of intimacy: the grounds are stuck one against the other, without any physical separation (natural or synthetic). We were surprised at this in such a wild region of Canada and comparing campgrounds in Quebec.
-Cave & basin in Banff: most popular activity, but access to the cave and activities are closed due to COVID. Strangely, the province of Alberta no longer requires the wearing of masks in public places.
-Many restaurants closed in Victoria. We ate in an excellent food truck on the edge of the marina where freshly caught fish is served. The over an hour wait in line was worth it!

Western Canada in 3 weeks
(Translated by Google) Our agent Naomie really helps us define our tailor-made itinerary, our RV for our family of 6, and above all took care of the majority of campsite reservations. All of his choices were excellent! We were real beginners in this world of motorhomes, and it is a must to do business with an agency. We had problems on the way, and they replaced the vehicle for us immediately by making an exchange, without any hesitation. [...]
The reservation process 5/5, campsite management 1/5 bad!
(Translated by Google) The booking process is really great. Quick response, good route suggestion, really great! On the other hand, check your campsites…. They changed me without warning and did not respect my choices! Very very disappointing!
Well organized, but lacking in nature
(Translated by Google) Our advisor was very available and helpful. The documents received by mail were very useful. The only downside was the reserved campsites which lacked nature (vehicles stuck to each other, little vegetation near the sites...).
Very nice trip!
(Translated by Google) I did not believe that Canada could be so beautiful to discover. The Rocky Mountains: magnificence and awe-inspiring.
Awesome hikes for all distances and for all tastes along our journey. Lake Louise so beautiful and magical, 2 steps from the Fairmont castle. We meet animals: bear, mouflon, elk etc. along the route. Wild nature. Wells Gray Park and its breathtaking falls. Okanagan Valley and its fruit plantations: wow wow wow. Gorgeous LA Whistler. Hope very pretty. Didn't have much time to discover Vancouver. Lots of Hots Springs closed. Didn't see the aurora borealis. 15 day trip too short to see all the beauty of Western Canada.

Unforgettable holidays !!
(Translated by Google) We usually go to Europe in the summer but there clearly, I regret not having visited our beautiful Rockies before! We have nothing to envy to our European cousins!! Everything is a work of art.. it's really spectacular. We did the RV ride with 2 young kids (6 & 8) and loved the experience!
We also loved our experience with Authentik! Very well organized and what about the "full equip" book before leaving! wow. Thanks again !

Very nice experience

Very nice trip
(Translated by Google) Although we had a nice trip the landscapes are beautiful.
I would have modified the itinerary a little, because there was a little too much full day on the road.
Naomie Richard excels in her field
(Translated by Google) We decided to do a tour of Western Canada in RV this year and we are just coming back! Oufff what visit, or reserved etc ..... Naomie Richard immediately understood our needs and she did a sublime job in meeting our requests. We were taken care of for the whole trip, received a travel book which made people jealous but which was of perfect use to us (itinerary, what to visit, where to eat, activities and our vouchers for the Naomie you are now our travel guide for our future preparations! Thank you for everything and I say see you soon [...]
Very nice trip
(Translated by Google) We have adored. Impeccable and courteous service much appreciated. We found the little attention to the Roadbook to be very professional. Many thanks to Emilie for all her patience.
Great trip to Western Canada!
(Translated by Google) In general, we are all very satisfied with Authentik's service. Only downside 2 campsites that we might have had 3 services but we had 1 service. Otherwise we spoke with the locals there to visit the most beautiful attractions of each city visited. All free attractions. Except that our campsites were often far away!!! My advice, ask for references from your friends who have been. And maybe try to have closer campsites! There is so much to see in Western Canada without paying for tourist attractions! During the trip we contacted our agent for a choice of route and we had fast service! [...]
too many things closed due to covid
(Translated by Google) Incredible scenery to see once in a lifetime. I expected to see more wild animals in their natural environment. I was surprised and disappointed by the dirtiness of the places which is managed by Park Canada (camping toilet and observation sites along the glacier road)
The Canadian dream come true!
(Translated by Google) A road trip as we had dreamed. Encounters with bears, moose, elk... The discovery of a magnificent Canada and its many breathtaking parks. The trip of a lifetime. The return to civilization was very complicated...
No mishap with the van, reservations in very well located campsites. Advisor at the top and always available for good advice.
We will recommend this trip and this agency to those around us, count on us!
Thank you very much for this unforgettable experience.
See you very very soon!

The RV
(Translated by Google) In order to finalize our file when renting the RV, I want to tell you that despite the problems we had at the start of the trip regarding the electricity in our RV, the service was still good. The RV was changed and the trip was able to continue. On the other hand, the lack of communication between the stakeholders was not obvious. Our RV arrived at its destination but was missing the propane was not full, I can even say that it was empty. We put propane for an amount of $ 41.48 that we would like it to be reimbursed. Campsites are not always adequate. Too far from towns we want to visit, like Victoria. We rented a closer campsite for the second night. Amount of $66.15 added to our expenses. [...]
The west by motorhome: Unforgettable trip
(Translated by Google) Thanks to Marie-Pascale for her advice, her responsiveness and her investment. A good organization allowed us to spend a very nice holiday.
Big favorites for Camping Goldstream, the Orca Safari (we didn't see any orcas but about fifteen humpback whales...Magic!!), the enchanted forest of Cathedral Grove, Banff - pretty little town of the Rockies and its surroundings, where we would have gladly stayed longer and of course the Moraine, Louise, Peyto lakes....
Small disappointment: the guided tours (killer whale safari, bear safari, rafting, etc.) are all in English; not being completely bilingual, we missed a lot of info.
Small mistake on our part: we took "family rafting" which is actually a quiet ride on the river. We were expecting more sporting rafting and should have chosen the other activity. My 10 year old son was very disappointed. We should have paid attention to the photos presented.
Small downside: eating is expensive and we can't say that "good food" is a priority in Canada ;) It makes up for it with the landscapes...
In any case, we came back with great memories.... Thank you Authentik

A memorable trip!
(Translated by Google) Very well advised, by a person who took the time to inform us, to understand what we wanted.
The stages of the road trip were perfectly calibrated, neither too long nor too short. The details very well settled, nothing to complain about!
There are things that can be improved
(Translated by Google) We had a very pleasant stay but the logistics would have been perfect if there was better communication for the customer's needs.
Several examples:
- Propose several models of motorhomes and not tell us which one is good for the number of you. We would have chosen a class A if we had been able to have more information and the choice at the start.
- Better organize national campsites for places, when you go with friends, it's to be next to them, you make the children eat on one side and the adults on the other, with the danger with the bear, we are not comfortable letting the children go several hundred meters. I had read your point in an email but we met several family groups who were able to do it so there must be a way to do it.
- Give more choice in campsites, saying the pros and cons of campsites, some were great, but Tunnel (Banff was really ugly), our friends who had not booked through you, had in this same campsite a great location. The customer should be asked in advance what he wants: electricity/water/discharge on site.
I will be happy to talk about it in person because I think that the comments are above all to give you 100% satisfied customers.

Canada 2019 Family Manger
(Translated by Google) Hello Tiffany, here is a condensed review of our 15 days of travel.
First of all, we would like to thank you for his organization, we are generally very satisfied, and the children return with lots of great memories. Special mention to the campground on Vancouver Island which was absolutely magical in the middle of a totally preserved environment. Camping in Jasper was also excellent (just missing showers!). We loved the evenings organized by the national parks there and met some very nice people.
A few "flats": Fraserway's reception is very professional, but generally expedited with fairly interminable waiting times (2h30 in total to take possession of the vehicle, with waiting times of 1h to finally have someone which takes us around the vehicle and more than 1h30 in a parking lot waiting for the shuttle after returning the vehicle, with 2 young children...). We thought we had mentioned the need for car seats for children given their age, but that was obviously not the case, so the cost had to be added. On the camping side, the Whistler campsite is in my opinion to be avoided (unpleasant reception, cleanliness of the shower toilets really to be reviewed, overflowing garbage cans...). On the program side, we would undoubtedly have appreciated getting off the beaten track a little, a more personalized program and more qualitative choices of campsites / outings. With hindsight we should have avoided Banff Park which is very pretty, but overcrowded with tourists, with campsites that look like parking lots (it was really the factory!).
