I still haven't received the deposit of 350 dollars I paid for the rental car.
Can you please do the necessary with the rental agency thrifty?
I am enclosing all the documents relating to the rental.

We can certainly check on the status of the pre-authorization refund process; however, we have not yet received the rental documents as you mentioned in your comment. We invite you to email us at info@authentikcanada.com with the details of your reservation and an attached copy of your invoice. We will review it and send you the relevant information.
