RV rental
Well organized trip. Advisor attentive to our expectations. Very valuable support.
(Translated by Google) Pay attention to the distances to be traveled between 2 campsites. Risk of spending the day on the road rather than on a walk. If we had to do it again, we wouldn't go to Canmore and then go back to Golden. Especially in July because it's an area with almost only ski resorts. We would have preferred to spend more time between Jasper and Lake Louise.
Nickel
(Translated by Google) Very recent motorhome and upgrade. Transfer from the airport or Montmorency metro station: very convenient! Very friendly welcome.
Sense of service and professionalism
(Translated by Google) Team at the top and smiling. Almost new and very clean vehicle.
A successful experience
(Translated by Google) This first motorhome experience in a country as beautiful as Canada (west) was successful and very pleasant.
The vehicle was perfect and very well equipped.
I recommend this experience which remains very easy in this region (wide roads, equipment for RV vehicles).
I was also very satisfied with the Fraserway company (reception and return). The only downside is the time spent explaining the features related to the management of water (clean and waste) and electricity. The "user" manual left in the truck also deserves to be clearer (simple diagrams).

Canadream
(Translated by Google) Rented in Toronto, good motor home. but impossible to use all the functions .. not repaired damage but not serious.
Excellent road trip in Gaspésie
(Translated by Google) We had a great vacation in Gaspésie (10 days, 2300 km). We went all around Gaspésie in a motorhome rented via Authentik Canada. We were well advised by authentik canada who answered our questions very well. The motorhome completely met our needs (3 adults and 4 children from 8 months to 10 years old). It is an excellent choice for family "nature" holidays with young children. We managed by ourselves for the stages for more freedom but authentik canada helped us to determine our route. Just a small flat on the equipment of the motorhome: no dish to go in the oven or flashlight. [...]
A first in VR that makes you want to do it again!
(Translated by Google) The van was not the one visible on the site but it was of superior quality for the same price. Very easy to handle and comfortable, it allowed us to criss-cross part of Quebec with minimal bulk.
Only downside the higher price than other providers but the quality was there.
The Discount staff was very welcoming and helpful. We highly recommend!
Very satisfactory
(Translated by Google) Very satisfactory first experience in a motorhome.
Good support and advice upstream from Authentik Canada.
Cruise Canada at the height despite a small hiccup in the support compensated by the kindness of our interlocutors.
Competent teams, the RVs are almost new.
The best way to discover Canada
(Translated by Google) A magnificent country with national parks that welcome motorhomes and incredible landscapes
Great discoveries!
(Translated by Google) Be sure to reserve your RV early and your campsites quickly.
The Var was perfect but sometimes we had little space in the fields given our late choices.
Customer service for the presentation of the vehicle was impeccable and in French. Very good booking service.
Also, if you want to leave quickly after returning the RV - can be scheduled another way than the shuttle (longer waiting time due to the same return time for all)

a very professional team but a perfectible vehicle
Very long grip and lacks some useful accessories.
(Translated by Google) Lack:
- Shims to be straight
- second pair of towels for 2 weeks of travel
- free outdoor seats
- small outdoor side table
- no possibility of using the side blind for the sun (really a shame)
good stay in motorhome
Old and dirty motorhome
(Translated by Google) We are disappointed with the rental of our motorhome. The motorhome we got was dirty (floor, toilets, interior of drawers). The seats were also dirty with stains and bad smells. Not very pleasant to sleep 15 days in this type of bench...
Very good experience
An exceptional welcome
Fine as long as there is no problem
(Translated by Google) The RV rental process went well, no particular problems, although more in-depth support would have been welcome. But hey, we had chosen to go through Autentik Canada only for the rental of the RV and on that side there was no problem apart from the surprise of having to pay 800 and a few dollars to recover the motorhome (reimbursed by the continuation if all ok but payable only by bank card thus expenses.... . Namely that the model we had consumes more in the 19 liters per hundred than 15 liters as advertised. This may not seem significant given the price of fuel (about $1,135 in Ontario and $1.28 in Quebec, or about €0.8 per liter) but on a trip of more than 4000 km, it still represents about $250 more, or €150. roughly, it pays a few entries to national parks anyway.... . The delivery of the motorhome itself was a little hasty and we still asked a few questions. No demonstration for the use of the shower and even if it was not complicated we were still stuck for a few minutes to find out how it worked. No explanation either on how the propane filling works and we still do not know it since we did not have to refuel except for the return to the rental company but we did not do it since we did not have couldn't find a station to do it (therefore a $35 fee). A small listing with a number of stations providing this service would have been appreciated. Following our question about autonomy in electricity in particular, we only had a very vague and scary answer "about 2 hours with everything on"....??!! In fact, we have never gone below green (color code of the levels, green=full, orange=half, red= you have to fill up or empty) by being careful but not by depriving yourself of everything either. Which leads us to think that we could have survived without camping for at least 4 to 5 nights since the water dumping/filling stations are quite numerous and easy to access, but I will come back to this point a little later. Regarding the gas no worries, as explained above we did not have to refuel and yet we cooked and showered with hot water. Note that the refrigerator runs on propane and that's great because you don't need to regularly connect to electricity to recharge the batteries. Concerning the driving of the motorized it is very simple, it is enough just to acclimatize to the volume, the length and the width of the vehicle but the roads are completely adapted to this type of vehicle so no problem on this side there . Well almost .... Indeed theoretically we were 2 drivers, my wife and I, but in the end I made the 4000 kms alone for a simple and good reason, my wife measuring around 1m55 (1.53 exactly but shh !!!!) had no visibility and difficulty reaching the pedals, which makes driving a little more complicated.... . Note for people with sizes below the "standards" if I may say so. Finally I wish you to have no problems in any case minor because the assistance is zero points... . We had a problem with the shower drain probably clogged between the tank and the shower tray. We were on a Saturday evening, so the rental agency closed for the weekend, so we contacted assistance because showering without emptying is a bit complicated. After several minutes of waiting we had an operator who surprisingly did not speak French. So again several minutes of waiting to have a translator for finally an answer of the type "a technician will call you back as soon as possible". To this day we are still waiting for a call back... On Monday we therefore contacted the agency who made us buy a product and a suction cup (reimbursed on return) and manage.... . To put the positive in all of this, it must be said that the vehicle was very clean, well equipped, it corresponded perfectly to the reserved model, well maintained (except for the shower drain obviously), easy to drive (except for the "little ones") and functional.
I come back to my point a little earlier concerning autonomy and therefore the ability to last several days (4 to 5 in our opinion) without having to go to a campsite. The motorized offers this possibility but Canada does not. Everything is done to oblige you to go to the campsite as often as possible. I'm not going to recount all of our journey here, but for those who see the motorized vehicle as a means of traveling and discovering the country in complete freedom as we saw it ourselves before this trip, this vision is completely false, except for risk having you taken out of your pitch in the middle of the night by the local authorities, well helped by citizens whom it would not have been good to meet a few decades ago in occupied France...

Super location

Friendly welcome and good explanations on the use of the RV
Reduced wait and very luxurious campers
(Translated by Google) Great professionalism
Very well
excellent experience
(Translated by Google) It was our first time to experience the motorhome for our touring vacation and we were thrilled! Ready to renew the experience if the opportunity presents itself! it's such a comfort to always have everything with you and to be able to stop wherever you want!
The motorhome was in very good condition, clean and functional. The staff at the agency was really charming both at check-in and at check-out.
If we can afford a few points for improvement (really minor): perhaps equipping the motorhome with unbreakable crockery (especially for glasses) and duvet covers rather than sheets - but in fact it was already really perfect !
Many thanks for these unforgettable holidays.

As requested
Recent and spacious motorhome but poor finish. Problem with windshield splinter not covered by insurance and excluding deductible, significant cost.
(Translated by Google) Recent and spacious motorhome but imposing and therefore not comfortable on secondary roads. Some finishing problem that we had to fix ourselves (internal leak due to a loose connection...). The main problem: on the highway, a pebble thrown by another car caused a small chip of 1.5 cm on the windshield. Even if it is not in the contract, on delivery we receive a paper "departure instructions" indicating that these damages are entirely the responsibility of the lessee. Other companies (Canadream for example) offer optional insurance covering these eventualities, which is not possible here. It cost us $700 because Cité Caravan felt that the windshield had to be completely replaced and the deductible (set at $500) was not applicable. [...]
Super experience
(Translated by Google) We rented this RV for a tour of Ontario. For the trip we were 2 adults and 2 children. We spent 11 nights there and traveled 2500km.
The experience was exceptional. Although a bit tight this RV gave us everything we needed.
The only downsides to our trip:
- The price of the rental is important and the price for the km is to be paid in addition
- we couldn't turn on the heating
- the asking price for the linen is a little excessive, moreover that we were given only one blanket for 4 (the nights in Algonquin were very cold!)
- the rental branch was far from Montreal, so additional cost for the transfer and additional cost for the additional km to be done to reach it

Fabulous road trip
(Translated by Google) The rented van was perfect, comfortable and clean. We particularly appreciated the welcome and the advice given by the agency. We had a great vacation
GOOD
(Translated by Google) The motorhome was large and spacious. The staff at Cité Caravane is very welcoming. However, the support on the first day is too long.
Road Trip
(Translated by Google) The Motorhome was beyond our wildest dreams!!! Super equipped, easy and problem-free rental !!!
Too accurate explanations
(Translated by Google) Motorhome not super clean when taken over and explanations on the operation too accurate, fortunately there is mutual aid between motorhome owners!
