Ontario & Quebec
Overall satisfactory
(Translated by Google) The trip was well organized, apart from a few logistical bugs.
why go back to downtown toronto airport when an AVIS company is 300m away at toronto train station?
Why rush us by booking an "English-speaking" guide at 1 p.m. and force us to leave the Mauricie very early when we are French and we have a day without activity in Quebec 2 days later?

UNFORGETTABLE !
I recommend Authentik Canada
(Translated by Google) Very satisfied with the organization, the roadbook, the pre-programming of the GPS.
Good responsiveness to requests.
Flat on the sponsorship which does not work because not dematerialized.
To do again, I will zap Toronto
(Translated by Google) Interesting route but the detour by the falls and Toronto are too much in the stay and not really impressive.
travel okay
Wonderful trip
(Translated by Google) Superb stay and organization at the top !!
Wonderful road trip!
(Translated by Google) The +:
- your roadbook was great! Thank you very much for your work !
- the preparation of the trip was also top notch! I also appreciated that we could also take direct reservations when it did not suit us or when there was nothing in the region that we wanted to visit.
- all the accommodations offered were really great except see under -
- special mention to the triton outfitter, magical moment without motive, real holidays… it's expensive, but it's worth it!
- all the excursions were at the top, special mention for the whales, it was a "rainbow" cruise according to the guide where we had the chance to see them up close!
The -:
- the reception at Cap Jaseux (compared to the others which was exceptional…) and their way of working with a withdrawal of $200 on arrival. Having the coordinates of our credit card, no problem, but a withdrawal and then a return, I think it's okay! The St-Denis hotel in Montreal too but with $50. At Cap Jaseux, the prices are expensive for the activities and we wanted to try fishing (the only free thing…) and the 10 fishing rods were broken and there were no worms…I found a way.. ., on the other hand, the nights in the cabin and sphere were magical!
- For the whale watching trip, I don't know if it's not easier to leave directly from Tadoussac rather than from Les Escoumins… We went down to Tadoussac then it took more than half an hour at full speed to go back up … If we have seen whales like us this time it's fine, but otherwise, it leaves less time to find them and observe them and that's a shame!
Proposals:
Apart from reservations with Authentik, we have done a few activities that we recommend you offer, including:
- the Upper Canada Village (with children!). We had a great day. It was very interesting, fun and educational to be back like in 1860! The kids loved it.
- In Val David, we did with Abordage! a 2-hour canoe descent then return by bike on the old train path, it was really great! And a good way to discover canoeing without overdoing it!
- The accommodations we booked direct were also good if you ever want to put them up too…
In general, we are really delighted with this trip. Quebecers are just great! In addition, we had very generous weather, it was "the icing on the cake"!
THANK YOU again and see you soon!
Fanny

Great trip and very good organization from Authentic Canada
(Translated by Google) Before departure, the information given for the preparation of the trip allows a serene and well organized trip. Emilie Boivin's advice helped us a lot, a big thank you to her!
For us, the discovery of the Mauricie was a real crush!
Very good Location of hotels in the cities and the choice of inns for the countryside side was excellent.
The point to improve remains the rental of the vehicle:
- difficult to find the rental agency for both arrival and departure, the explanations provided are to be reviewed or even erroneous
- the choice of vehicle is important in view of the kilometers traveled, so do not hesitate to advise the customer to take a higher category. The median level for 2 people is too average.
In conclusion, a great experience and sometimes surprising and very friendly encounters with Canadians.
Thank you to Authentik Canada ???????? !

Unforgettable stay
(Translated by Google) Very satisfied with the organization of our stay with Authentik Canada, I modified the quote several times, our advisor Josée was able to meet our expectations, on site I was able to discuss with her, always available.
Recommended without hesitation, thanks to Josée for organizing our unforgettable and magnificent stay.
Hoping to return to Canada we will not hesitate to ask you again.

unforgettable experience.
(Translated by Google) I will start with the only negative point which is ultimately not very annoying.
I had taken the car out of the airport. Seeing no GPS inside the car, I ordered one from Thrifty. Finally arriving at the hotel, the receptionist gave me a package in which there was a GPS plus the roadbook. (Good surprise). I finally returned to the airport to pick up a car without GPS. For the rest: the idea of putting the routes directly into the GPS is an excellent idea. the Hotels were very good (maybe even a little too expensive). The activities were very good. You have found good partners. (Smiling, pleasant, warm). Thanks again. Brice

Excellent experience with Authentik Canada, very good formula for a first trip to Canada
(Translated by Google) We loved our trip. The service is excellent, with the possibility of modulating the formula as we see fit, and we loved our Roadbook which served us well and will make a great memory to leaf through with nostalgia. Thank you very much to our advisor who added a handwritten note!
We strongly advise you to book the lodgings which ensure you a more human and more personal experience. You will receive a very warm welcome and enjoy memorable breakfasts! We had taken hotels at the end of the trip and regretted it.
If you are looking for a change of scenery and are interested in breathtaking landscapes, we really advise you to limit the number of cities. To see "a bit of everything", we visited Toronto (one day there is enough, but you'll be walking a lot!), Ottawa (great!), Quebec (magnificent but unfortunately under construction), and Montreal (bad experience, this city disappointed, dirty, badly attended; the only thing we would like to remember is the former Olympic site with its planetarium and its superb botanical garden).
On the other hand, we had chosen to make a stopover at the Thousand Islands (Gananoque) and, frankly, it was a great idea! Cruising is a must; visit the castle if you can. The small town of Gananoque is exotic. It was a very pleasant and relaxing stopover.
Go through Niagara-on-the-Lake. From Toronto, we had planned a day to see the falls: cruise in the morning, it was still quiet, but from noon, it was full of people... The city itself not being interesting, we spent the rest of the day in this town and it was great. Pretty houses, original shops, and if you have time, you can visit one of the wineries/cellars outside the city!
We also took advantage of the national parks, Mauricie and Saguenay: hiking, beautiful viewpoints, canoeing, swimming... To go from one to the other, we followed the advice of one of our hosts and took route 155, longer, but very beautiful: on a good portion of it, you will follow the St Maurice River and come out on the vast expanse of Lac Saint-Jean, where we stopped for a swim and relax before get back behind the wheel to reach Anse Saint-Jean.
Our last "nature" stop was Tadoussac: you will have the pleasure of taking the ferry for free to reach this small town (full of tourists but nevertheless pleasant) and take a zodiac cruise to see the whales!
With more than 2650km traveled by car over 15 days, plus the kilometers that accumulate in the legs, this trip was probably not the most relaxing, but we enjoyed every moment of it. If we had to do it again, we would sacrifice Montreal and Toronto, to devote more time to Quebec and especially to these large wooded, mountainous spaces, pierced with sometimes immense lakes, bordered by magnificent small houses, inhabited by welcoming and warm hosts. Canada can be confusing, but it's great!

Great discovery of Canada
(Translated by Google) A beautiful circuit, through Ontario (Toronto, Niagara Falls, Ottawa) then Quebec (Mauricie, Quebec, Saguenay, Charlevoix and Montreal).
Afterwards, perhaps a little too many big cities and not enough countryside for our taste: a day could have changed, for example by removing a day in Montreal, because we had a return flight in the evening.
Overall a good organization of Authentik with Véronique and Marie-Pascale, all without GPS (old style!) because the indications of the roadbook are perfect.
We now know these beautiful regions a little better and will be happy to come back.

A superb stay
(Translated by Google) Very well organized, all activities were scheduled on time. The hotels met our expectations. Only one downside to sleep in the trees we were entitled to a cabin on the ground! But very good stay.
great trip but accommodation to avoid
(Translated by Google) Super varied tour; I only mention the negatives:
To avoid: Bond Hotel in Toronto / Chalet on Saguenay (no view, or on the garbage cans, not wild...), river camping (be careful because some tents are on the river, others have no interest); in Quebec prefer accommodation on the port or old Quebec. On the Saint Maurice river, there is a more upscale B'B than the old school gite, with a view of the river... (even if John is very nice!)
Finally, plan a night in Charlevoix before returning to Montreal, even if it means eliminating overnight camping (especially when you have done the chalets the day before);
thank you Marie Pascale for this beautiful trip!

Very nice trip.
(Translated by Google) The trip was very well organized. Everything was perfect, hotels and activities. Thank you for this beautiful trip!
Very nice trip and landscapes
Perfect preparation
(Translated by Google) Everything was settled like clockwork...
excellent trip very well organized
(Translated by Google) Excellent unforeseen roadtrip, perfectly organized by Authentik Canada with a rhythm, activities and accommodations that corresponded perfectly to our wishes. A trip to Quebec and the services of authentic Canada are to be recommended without moderation
A good trip
(Translated by Google) A superb trip very well organized, everything was clear and we had a great stay! Thanks
Pleasant stay
(Translated by Google) We spent 2 weeks in the regions of Quebec and Ontario. We loved the more "nature" part of our trip and we would have preferred it over the "city" part if we had to do it again.
Hotel Chateau Laurier lunch
(Translated by Google) The only downside for a hotel of this size: breakfast: only 1 buffet, little choice of products, poorly presented, frozen fruit....

Unforgettable trip
(Translated by Google) We thank Marie Michèle for her advice and organization. The trip was very well thought out and the approach very professional, especially since the deadline was tight and our requirements were high. We appreciated all the accommodations which all had their strong point, the prize going to the hotel le germain, the class in the center of Toronto. Even the 5 star farm was suitable and provided a nice break from our road trip. We would like to thank the staff who were so welcoming and warm: the staff at Le Germain who sent us back a pair of shoes we had left on our next destination, the staff at the Auberge St Mathieu who took care of contacting the seaplane for us because of the weather and made us postpone the departure while showing us the national park, the fjordelaise who served us a casual dinner at 11 o'clock in the evening (service in impeccable and stylish pajamas!), the staff of the best western hotel in ville marie in Montreal who told us the must-see places .... the activities were really great: magical dinner in the sky of Toronto, the whales (tic tac toe gave us a show!), awesome and very professional rafting and seaplane, discoveries and encounters at omega park, on the fjord and in Quebec thanks to our guides, brilliant the fabulous, impressive niagara falls, bursts at the sugar shack and at the water park. In short great memories, wonderful photos and videos, we are ready for other adventures in the American West. Thanks to the whole team. [...]
a wonderful stay!!!
(Translated by Google) We are really delighted with our vacation and with the organization of Authentik Canada. Our advisor Sophie-Andrée was most available and understanding.
Stay rich in discoveries both on the human level and on the level of the landscapes.
The accommodations were all different and more pleasant than the others, the hosts very welcoming.
The very precise and precious Road Book was waiting for us as planned at our first accommodation.
The scheduled visits were super well organized, the exchange of vouchers was no problem, even barely requested. The programming of the GPS and its return, really practical.
We had already traveled abroad, but never on a "self-tour". We really recommend Authentik Canada to help organize your vacation!

UNFORGETTABLE STAY
(Translated by Google) Our first experience in Canada was a real success. A big thank you to TIFFANY and VERONIQUE who were able to meet our expectations and offer us the best offer. The organization was almost perfect from start to finish. just a few minor tweaks.
I highly recommend AUTHENTIK CANADA. Very PRO and available.
Breathtaking
(Translated by Google) We got there at the last minute to book the trip. We were 3 weeks away from our departure when we finally contacted Josée to set up the circuit. In a very short time, she answered all our requests and in a few days we had the reservations validated. So first of all we would like to thank Josée for her efficiency and speed.
We took a 2 week tour including Quebec and Ontario. Having a first access to the travel diary through the Authentik Canada site is a blessing. It allows you to get an idea of the places you visit and the route. Then we actually had this notebook in hand when we arrived the first day, with inside the road maps of the 2 regions we visited among others.
We encountered no problems the whole way. Even when the weather did not allow us to do the Zodiac to discover the whales on the day indicated, the company chosen offered us either to come the next day or a refund. And bingo the next day again despite the wind, we took the risk of doing the activity and saw whales!!
Only problem: 2 weeks are not enough to discover this country :)! Quebec is so big and beautiful that we always want more.
In any case, we recommend the Authentik Canada agency without hesitation. He respects everyone's budget and desires.
Thank you again for this wonderful experience.

An unforgettable stay
(Translated by Google) Josée is an outstanding advisor, she knew how to understand our way of traveling, she offered us accommodation and activities that suited us. An unforgettable trip
(Translated by Google) Hello,
Our first travel experience in CANADA will remain unforgettable.
First of all, we extend our warmest thanks to the entire AUTHENTIK CANADA team, with a special mention for our friendly advisor, Sophie-André LEGAULT, who demonstrated great professionalism and perfect responsiveness in the organization of our autotour.
We particularly appreciated the roadbook in its detailed writing as well as the programming of all the GPS routes.
The accommodations that you have offered us are all very well located in relation to the places to visit.
All the services therefore fully met our expectations with, however, a small problem with regard to our accommodation in TADOUSSAC,
This setback did not affect the rest of our trip and we would be ready to try the experience again with your organization, to discover your wonderful country in more depth.
Cordially.

Superb trip!
(Translated by Google) We particularly appreciated the quality of the road trip: accommodation offered in the heart of cities or at the foot of exceptional sites, the very well designed and very useful road book with its detailed maps, photos and good restaurant addresses.
Thank you Laurence for your advice and our very pleasant exchanges!
good organization, good balance between quality accommodation;
(Translated by Google) Just one thing. improve, the non-existent reception of the intermediary to join the family at home. Quebec.
We had no map, no GPS in the car and a badly written address, we had read sheepfold instead of Sergerie, a word not very common with us, even with a GPS we could have gone far!!
idea, provide a plan, it's the minimum and above a readable address.
someone kindly helped us out, people are helpful at your place as always.
