I had some sweats being in Haute Mauricie in the middle of nowhere, with the only charger, fortunately available, a 7 KW which made me wait 2 hours on the spot to recharge 100 km and be able to arrive at the next stage where there was also the same type of charger. The agency did not explain to us that the fast chargers on the electrical circuit network were not suitable for the supplied adapter. We had the choice between either Tesla super chargers or extremely slow terminals. Thrifty would have to provide an extra adapter to charge on the SAE Combo terminals and you'd be fine. Note that it was the only vehicle available in the agency which obviously was in lack of cars. In fact, you have to rent a day before leaving to be sure of having a car.
