A rewarding visit to Hydro-Québec and Shawinigan
(Translated by Google) The site is very rich: the children greatly enjoyed the observation tower and the multimedia show, as well as the adjacent interactive space. The visit to the Shawinigan power plant is very interesting; the river shuttle and the bus to get there are picturesque. The Prime Minister's museum is less exciting but it provides a way to pass the time while waiting for the shuttle, as well as educating about Canadian political life through the panels at the entrance.
The staff were really very helpful, as usual. Especially Sami, who gave us a very pleasant guided tour of the tower. And the guide at the power plant was also very pleasant and efficient.
(Translated by Google) Very informative visit about energy in Canada! Very friendly and clear guide.
