RV rental
Conversion Van pour 2
(Translated by Google) Very easy to drive.
Can go anywhere and park anywhere.
Comfortable and big enough for our belongings.
We had trouble getting hot water, but that's okay! At the campsite, they were everywhere on site.
Air conditioning available, but really too noisy to operate. No big deal, the nights are cool in the West.
Coffee cups, wine cups and Glass glasses....it's not a good idea......if you go on a little bumpy path, it jostles in the cupboards and it ends up breaking.. ... Protect them before leaving with boxes, plastic bags, or simply put them in the drawers under the seats....

Tour of Gaspésie
(Translated by Google) Very nice trip with stops in the different sepaq parks. An itinerary that is well facilitated by the routes offered by Autentik Canada. A practically new motorhome made available to us. Unfortunately, a breakdown caused us to lose a day of travel, but Cité Caravanes managed the problem correctly and reimbursed us for a day of travel. We recommend your organization for a pleasant stay in Quebec. [...]
Very professional
The class
(Translated by Google) We really appreciated the services of Canadream, the welcome, and the motorhome was very well equipped.
Allow enough time for pick-up and drop-off, depending on the day it can take a few hours.
Satisfaction questionnaire response
(Translated by Google) Your service provider Cité Caravane is very professional: reception, recent equipment (18,000km) and good support + airport shuttle.
It is also a pleasure to work with your advisor Marie Pascale
AUTHENTIK: a good, complete and practical platform to launch you into Canada and wildlife!
(Translated by Google) The AUTHENTIK site is very well done, it answers all the big questions and provides all the advice needed for a good experience.
My organizational concerns focused more on reserving RV (Recreational Vehicle) campsites near the main sites, because these sites (BANFF, Lac LOUISE, JASPER) are reserved and full from January for the summer.
Namely that the great length of the vehicle (28' / 8.5 m) did not help either.
On this subject as for the others, my adviser Alexandre was very attentive and responsive in his answers. I left with alternative solutions (a little more out of the way).
Tip 1: book your campsites as early as January
Tip 2: for a good road trip, the GPS option offered by AUTHENTIK is essential
Tip 3: for visits to the flagship sites, if you are not on the site campsite, leave very early in the morning to find a suitable RV parking space (there are always a limited number of them). Take your breakfast and shower on site once parked
Regarding the management of the motorhome by Canadream, I am rather satisfied, it is very well organized and the vehicles are beyond reproach.
However, when the RV returned, the Canadream technician noted a trace of friction on the top of the vehicle.
I think it's a tree branch that must have caused the problem, I didn't realize it at the time. In short Canadream took a deposit of 1500 CAD while waiting for the precise cost of the repairs. That's rather stressful... because you have to wait 3 months to get the verdict and get the difference refunded.
But that's the game... and that doesn't take anything away from this unique experience of discovering wildlife as a family :-)

Nickel
(Translated by Google) For a first experience it was great and very good handling thanks to the explanations. Of course you have to like promiscuity but apart from that, it's really great for this country, especially with the children (4,7, 10 years old) who found it great during the 2 weeks.
Very satisfied
(Translated by Google) Very satisfied with this first experience in a motorhome.
Authentik Canada should specify that in case of use of the generator, additional costs are to be expected and warn us that cleaning must be done at the end of the stay, otherwise costs are applied. It seems normal but it is better to specify it upstream.
Yellowstone-Rocky trip
Excellent experience!
(Translated by Google) A wonderful week of camping through the magnificent landscapes of Quebec and campsites with all amenities and pleasant.
Authentic Canada provides high quality services and helps you a lot in preparing your trip.
Very well equipped and well designed motorhome for a family of 4. The only downsides: the high fuel consumption (big budget) and the table in the dining area (fragile and not very practical). Very warm welcome at Canadream..a safe bet.
Very well equipped and well designed motorhome for a family of 4. The only downsides: the high fuel consumption (big budget) and the table in the dining area (fragile and not very practical).
poorly designed vehicle (Ford V6)
(Translated by Google) not very functional, too narrow to sleep across, table too narrow, front passenger seat turns ms why? nothing is within reach,
too low kitchen cupboards, you bump into them easily,
West USA in 30 feet
(Translated by Google) Unforgettable family experience in the American western states for 29 days.
Canadream
(Translated by Google) Very professional team and quick service. This means of transport suited us perfectly.
very average performance
(Translated by Google) old vehicle, not very clean, with a known technical problem (already repaired but the repair did not hold). We lost 1 day to have us repaired, and neither the gasoline nor the loss of time were compensated by the rental company.
A convincing first experience!
(Translated by Google) To visit the Yukon, an RV paradise, we rented a camper in Whitehorse for two weeks. It was a great experience to experiment with easy “camping”, to have dinner wherever we wanted. We promised ourselves to redo the VR experience in the coming years. Given the quality of service and the courtesy of the Canadream staff, and the pleasure provided by the DVC vehicle, we will most likely do our next experience with them and the same type of RV. By the way, the Yukon is a territory of mountains and valleys offering grandiose landscapes and the summer climate even makes swimming in certain lakes pleasant! [...]
Mixed
(Translated by Google) We spent 2 months in the T17 motorhome. Overall, the motorhome was very practical for getting around on Canadian roads (because it is small) but suddenly there was not much space inside and we found the space rather poorly organized (not enough storage for storing food, for example). The shower is really small, almost unusable, but it's not really a problem because all campsites have great showers (even if often paying 1 or 2 dollars per shower). We also had some issues with the sewage drain not draining very well, and the gauges that show the fill level didn't work at all. We can also note that the mattress is rather of poor quality, my companion slept rather badly.
On the other hand, the service at Authentik was very satisfactory. We had a small run-in on the car and our advisor was there to answer all of our questions. Unlike Cruise Canada (the subcontractor from whom we recovered the car) who do not always answer calls.

Thank you, just...
Professionalism on point
(Translated by Google) Impeccable welcome. Presentation of the vehicle by video on DVD (in English only to date). We took the road 1h30 after our arrival.
Almost new motorhome
(Translated by Google) The motorhome was almost new, 7000 km and in great condition. The training was done in detail, which is reassuring. No waiting at reception. Overall, Cité Caravane appeared to us to be a serious and reliable company, offering quality and well-equipped vehicles. Cost a bit high but benefits are good.
In complete freedom and comfort
(Translated by Google) Very comfortable vehicle in perfect condition.
Pay attention to detail
A great experience
The unforgettable road trip
(Translated by Google) Unforgettable experience,
We picked it up in Toronto and returned it to Montreal.
Between the 2 we traveled 1300kms in total comfort, seeing landscapes each more beautiful than the other...
Don't forget to take out damage insurance, which saved us from paying $2,200 when we fell into a tree in a provincial park.
An experience to do absolutely in family with children...

The service is very good
(Translated by Google) The latest VR model is very dysfunctional.
Shower and toilet together
Table very difficult to place.
TV removed from place.
Cabinets do not stay closed. Locket too weak.
Sealing of doors is inadequate. Dust gets in very easily.
Amazing experience
(Translated by Google) 3-week RV trip in Western Canada, inspired by the model (passionate about the outdoors) but modified and booked by ourselves. Incredible experience that we suggest to all families. In a Canadream MH-B, 28 feet, enough room to be very comfortable 2 adults and 2 children. Canadream RVs are in excellent condition with very little wear. To do absolutely! Small point to note: the rental does not include the $175 cleaning and ''peace of mind'' fee that they will offer you below. But believe us... we were reluctant at first but it's the best $175 invested! [...]
vehicle old, dirty and very high consumption.
(Translated by Google) First of all, we are satisfied with Authentik Canada as well as with the interlocutors who were able to answer our questions quickly and precisely.
However, the motorhome itself was in an unacceptable state of dirt at this service price.
From the inventory we had to clean the gas stove full of burnt food, melted cheese and fat as possible. During the inventory, we had to re-fix a cupboard door which despite everything only opened during the 3 weeks of travel. The large mosquito net in the dinette no longer held in place and fell with each "irregularity" in the road. The dishes in almost all were greasy and poorly washed.
The bedding sets were well packaged and appeared to be clean. This was not the case. In addition, the sheets are not adapted to the size of the alcove and the "parental" bed at the back is a plastic mattress on which you only slip and sweat.
All the bench seats were very clearly dirty and stained.
The dinette seat belts are useless because they loosen on their own while driving.
It is not acceptable to see the vehicle handed over with not full tanks.
The propane was at 2/3 and went down to 1/3 after 48 hours.
2/3 clean water.
The huge 200L fuel tank was also about 3/4 full.
The E-Series FORD vehicle is a gas sink. We managed a 24L/100 but most often close to 28L and without ever using the Air Conditioning (otherwise 30L guaranteed). The engine heated the passenger compartment at passenger floor level. Even in shoes it was impossible to put your feet on the ground (problem already reported to the rental company). The absence of GPS or the possibility of renting one took us back to the 20th century.
The mirrors shake so much that they are difficult to use. Only the two rounded blind spot mirrors are effective.
We discussed it with other vacationers from the same "provider" and our dissatisfaction is far from isolated. In addition, we were able to exchange with other holidaymakers who used other suppliers and they were generally satisfied. Especially at "Canadream", the recreational vehicle was NEW, the design and modern furnishings, less than 5000 km and for the same length had no less than three extensions (2 side and one rear) multiplying the habitability. A generator, new bedding with clean and modern linen and dishes... All at the same price (200$c less but also one day less).
In short, we are not at all satisfied with the vehicle from "crusecanada" and do not recommend this supplier to anyone. The relations we had with the staff of the Toronto and Montreal branches gave us full satisfaction.
Cordially.

Great way to experience Western Canada
(Translated by Google) The DVC is very clean and well equipped. It's the perfect way to stroll from park to park. Only downside, the bed to be made and unmade every day and the engine which is sometimes in difficulty on the coast. Next time we will book a camper truck which seems more practical.
