All clients who do business with a Canadian travel agency that holds a travel agent license issued by the Office de la Protection du Consommateur are protected by the Compensation Fund for Customers of Travel Agents.
This compensation fund covers the following situations:
1- The fund will refund you if you did not receive the services for which you paid in these 2 situations:
- Travel agency closure
- Transportation, accommodation or other travel services not received
2- The compensation fund can be used for an immediate departure or necessary repatriation
3- Refund if the received services do not comply with your agreement with the Canadian travel agent.

Also note that Authentik Canada is covered by $2 million professional liability insurance.
